Filia has a degree in Electrical Engineering and 17 years of experience in the lighting industry. In her role as Sales Manager, she develops and drives sales strategies, analyzes market trends, and fosters customer relationships to boost revenue and enhance client satisfaction. She oversees final control mechanisms and liaises with domestic and overseas factories, building strong bonds with LUUN’s suppliers. Leading also the Procurement team, she ensures that the department’s activities are in alignment with the company’s goals.
